Slam

There's something inexplicably amazing about slam poetry. Hearing so many words and so much emotion thrown at you, one right after the other right after the other until your heart is racing and your palms are sweating and you're not even sure why. You don't even really hear the words; you absorb them. They seep into your skin and your mind and infiltrate your deepest, darkest feelings until you have to scream.

So many words is invigorating.

    Loved Slam Poetry post, it was great, and the vids were awesome! It really does get the heart pounding!

    I'm a wee bit late commenting, but I'm a huge huge slam poetry fan, and I so wish I could see and perform language the way that those poets do! Thanks for the videos.
